Notre Histoire

My parents are Tunisian, and ever since I was a child, every summer it's been the same ritual: heading to Sounine, which has the postal code 7025. This little corner of the world, bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, is where I have had my most beautiful memories. The warm sand under my feet, the smell of fresh bread in the morning, the laughter of my cousins, and so on.


Pilau is an emblem. An emotional compass. And today, through this brand, I share it with you.

This rock, proudly placed offshore, is the landmark of an entire generation. It dominates the horizon, watches over the beach and its visitors. It was there before us and will be there after us. It is a memory, a breath, a presence.


Before being an island, Pilau was a landmark. Fishermen saw it as a guide, a symbol of return.

It is a threshold, a place of passage

All over the world, each of us carries an island within us. An inner place.

The Rock of Pilau, lost in the heart of the sea, represents our person, facing the trials and stages that we can encounter throughout our life. All this journey that there is in search of personal success.

You will have to be as solid as a rock to be able to overcome the storms and hazards along this path, and be ready to fail in order to succeed.


It is an invisible anchor, with a force that no one sees but that everyone feels.
